Well im not sure about this but i would say that whole scene about with Brack and Hedda talking about the triangle of love and him not wanting anyone to get in the way of it. also in this scene Brack switches emotions alot at one point he will be kind and a second later he will be creepy and intimidating toward Hedda... also im not sure but i think that the back door passage has a dual meaning to it
